About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will produce new business and market presence through effective selling into past, current, and prospective customers. You will accomplish this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development strategies, and completing sales activities as needed to achieve your goals.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and bringing new opportunities into the company. You will be paired with a senior account executive to assist with closing your opportunities. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, inbound leads and emails
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Identify customer’s needs and following LAVA sales processes to help your customer with their decision making
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM/Salesforce information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • At least 1 – 3 years’ of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
