Position Summary:

As the Executive Assistant & Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive team and overseeing the daily operations of our Purcellville, VA office. This position demands a proven track record of delivering prompt and precise assistance with unwavering confidentiality and discretion. The successful candidate will be based in our Purcellville, VA office and work from Monday to Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks, provide leadership support, and oversee project management for the CEO and CRO.
  • Display grace, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with internal team members and external executives.
  • Take charge of corporate and personal calendars, travel schedules for the CEO & CRO, and maintain office supplies and organization.
  • Offer light bookkeeping and accounting support.
  • Handle travel arrangements, reservations, and other executive calendar-related responsibilities.
  • Prepare correspondence, corporate documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, projects, and company events, both virtual and in person.
  • Provide diligent monitoring and follow-up on ongoing action items.
  • Exercise discretion and tact when handling confidential information.
  • Present a professional, approachable, and supportive demeanor.
  • Fulfill additional duties as necessary.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, supporting executive leaders and/or office management.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based sharing and storage systems.
  • Willingness to learn new software applications.
  • Knowledge of online Quickbooks.
  • Awareness of online meeting technology and software.

  • Capable of managing multiple requests, prioritizing tasks, and responding promptly and efficiently.
